Sonotrode production and refurbishments

Based on many years of experience, we design and manufacture sonotrodes for the most efficient welding. We produce new sonotrodes from duralumin, hardened steel and titanium.

We also refurbish the sonotrodes if their shape and degree of wear permits it.

We own a state-of-the-art 3D scanner that allows us to create the perfect 3D model of a sonotrode and make its exact copy.

We use the necessary measuring devices in our lab and tune the sonotrode frequency to work in accordance with the converter and the generator.

We plate the sonotrodes with a special coating to increase their lifespan by up to 50% for a certain type of use. This applies especially to projects where the welded plastic contains glass fibre.

We can also handle sonotrodes of more complicated shapes.

We produce and supply sonotrodes for all brands and frequencies.
